  • @MegaHazzer123 you can use an exercise ball and put your feet against the wall

  • nice how much sets and reps you do ?

  • For strength improvement do weighted reps of 4-10, for strength endurance do reps 10-15 w/ isometric holds at the top of 2-5 seconds

  • Really dangerous exercise to do for few reps. You should use a light weight and never go until failure. Lower back isn't something you will be packing meat on anyway.
