  • I'm a member of one of Celeste's classes for seniors. Julie evaluates participants to help tailor to special needs. The movement (strength and balance exercises) haveI been very helpful . Now I hold my back straight ,my head upm and cast my eyes ahead for sidewalk traps, I have better balance. Also we have fun. VOTE FOR THIS. Sue

  • The dancing elderly is funny, they all look so happy

  • Great program, somehow this should be available to every single person that may have any chance of falling! Good luck!

  • AMAZING video...an often forgotten generation. GREAT WORK and keep on keeping on.

  • Love this!! Such important work you are doing!! Prevention is the way to go!! Go for it!! I wish you much success in this project. xoxox Rosemary Loar

  • Great video...very motivating. I look forward to learning more about this program.

  • Just saw your video FALL STOP... MOVE STRONG. At age 70, I sure could use this...haven't exercised in a while...need help with balance and strength. The seniors in your terrific video are so strong, agile and happy. I'm happy, but I could use a little more in the agile-strong department. I want what they have! I'll visit your website to learn more. Thank you.

  • This is a great idea and I love the video - it's so uplifting! Good luck, Ed

  • This really hit home. The father of someone close to me suffered a fall in his 80's from which he never really recovered. Great work!

  • Love the program on video at home, and think the message of strength and flexibility should be spread. Great job and good luck
