AcroSage was originated by Benjamin Marantz, a former circus clown/acrobat, in 1984 while practicing with the Waikiki Acrobatic Troupe in Hawaii. AcroSage combines basic acrobatics, yoga, massage and meditation techniques. In this transformational inversion technique one is suspended in simple inverted postures while experiencing a blissfilled floating sensation. Here we let gravity work for us to help realign the spinal column, increase blood circulation, accelerate lymph gland drainage, aid in digestive disorders and can be most effective in releasing fear based control issues. The pineal gland and 'Clown' chakra are activated to awaken your 'higher self' and 'inner child'. AcroSage has been featured in Yoga Journal, Massage Magazine, CBS Good Morning America, CNN special 'Your Health' to name a few. Benjamin has now trained hundreds of students across Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Japan and most recently Bali. Visit: www.acrosage.org
I love the video and have experienced this from Benjamin. It is absolutely fantastic! I bought an inversion swing and use it regularly. Yum! Thanks Benjamin and Amiracle. alyssa
