Creepy Ghost Josh Groban Chicago

After my sisters attended Josh Groban's CD signing, they noticed something strange in one of the pictures. It didn't take a lot of zooming to see that it's clearly a human figure in the window. There was no tampering at all with the picture, only zoomed in and put the pics up.

Please help me find the history of the building so I can find more information about who or what that could be. The address is:

That is the reflection of either a poster or a cutout of the cover for don't give up. You can see its him ffs.

Are you serious?? You can see a POLE right through the figure. It can't be a cardboard cutout of ANYTHING, it's semi-transparent!

Its the reflection of a poster opposite of window...therefore it can be transparent if its a reflection

That looks like a reflection of a cardboard photo standee that is facing him. I wasn't there so I don't know.

btw How many people went to that? Were there people lining up around the building or did everyone have a chance to see him?
