OK, some tips:
1. Try stepping or setting into your full
2. You can't just twist right off the ground, you need to get your backtuck high then twist
3. You need to twist faster in your full
5. You need to keep tucked in your full, you can kickout when you have it higher

Your sitting a little to much, and during your coming out of it to early which is the reason why your falling on your face. Also setting or stepping back to get a little momentum instead of sitting so low and you should be good.

what will121090 is true.. Try to kind of.. have your chin.. on your shoulder =)

yo man keep ur head in on the twist n u will increase your rotation and be able to spot the ground sooner

Dude, ,maybe this could help you out =D.. you are suppose to do a normal.. high backflip.. and u must SPOT the ground before u twist.. Try that out :) and let me know how it went

got it all wrong man, dont try it from standing either if u cant do them, try off a round off and try not to tuck, it may give you the 360 rotation but it can throw you off, if you pull your arms in close to your chest and straighten your legs you should do a tighter spin, and get more and faster rotation

my advice is to pull harder and stay tight in da pull and dnt come out too soon, u got alot of high which is excellent, once u get this one in tack u should try a standing double, me personaly would never try it .lol., but u should haha

It looks alright. You're not far off. I think your set is fine. Your upper body is twisting more than your lower body. So, your lower body is actually holding you back. While you're spinning keep pulling with your arms close and tight. Try some with your legs slightly bend before doing it layed out how you are. Good luck!!

man i'm havin soo much problems with this but i've learned that you must flip 1st then twist it looks like yur executing a lil too early but shoot i have to round-off into it (on the tumble tracks) but hey i only started this move about 5 days ago so yeah heh and yeah keep everything in tight (move your head towards the direction your spinning, twist your torso, and especially the hips and keep legs together) thats wut the people said at the gym told me that does the twists

thanks for the tip :). Ill be sure to try next time im at the gym.. i actually havn't tried em for a while but im really really gonna try to stall the twists next time i try
