Beautiful playing and sound, Pastor. I myself played on this organ quite some years ago. It was an incredible experience!

Yes. Well-balanced.

The organ I play is not a Hill. It's a 103 old organ by a firm from Stoke-on-trent in england called Steele & Keay. The only hill I have played is the one in the Birmingham Town hall recenty rebuilt by the london firm .of Noel Mander.

Fine organ must come and play this if I ever get to Australia. Iam a organist in a Catholic Church in the Uk and play in a church similar to St Peters. What a glorious sound this hill makes and the organ playing is very fine indeed well done.

Thank you. This Hill organ is one of the most magnificent of its kind in Australia. It also speaks into a marvellous acoustic from its high gallery in the northern transept.

Hey. The first musical composition played. I was looking for the score. Couldn't find it. Cd you please help me. I might come to Goulburn someday. I often pass in the Sydney/Melbourne train but, unhappily yet, I have not got out.

Thank you. The acoustics in the building are quite incredible. Which Hill organ do you actually play? Is it in original/restored condition?

Which music are you playing in this video?

The titles are at the end of the video. The first piece is attributed to Calviere an 18th century organist of Notre-Dame de Paris. The second work is Boely's Fantaisie & Fugue in Bb Major/Minor. The tracks were taken from the Goulburn's Grand Hill Organ, the CD I recorded in 1996. It is available in the OHS catalogue.
