  • the deep squat reminds me of the hindu squat with a pole... I did 4 sets of 50 rep hindu squats and I could barly walk...ouch but I climbed a mountain the next week 10 miles round trip and I didnt get sore at all, deep squats are a good warm up for long hikes

  • Deep squats are something most people can't do, so...much respect, my friend!

  • Really like this. Great for those with lordotic lower backs and to train good squat form i.e. bum down, not back.

  • :) Yes! At the bottom position, if you're able, you can "pry" the knees apart to accentuate mobility and keep the knees lined up with the feet!
