Greetings: Rabbit eye blueberries like Tif Blue are great for the south. It's best to have two or more veriaties for cross pollination. brightwell, powder blue are other good rabbit eye veriaties. The person asking about planting blueberries in SW Florida, new "southern highbush blueberries are being developed for south Florida.

How have you dealt with the craving of Acidic soil by these blueberry bushes? They have to have this environment to fruit well, correct?

What city is this in?
I did what you did and untangled the roots as you did, and lost the fruit on the trees/bushes. But you will have fruit soon again after. You never mentioned the PH adjustment the blueberry needs. This soil you use is not acidic based. How are these blueberries doing now?

Very nice video 1ShaolinStyle, I just bought two blueberries and was looking for directions to plant them in the best way. I live in southwest florida and its hot down here so I don't know how they will do but I plan to give them much love. Anxious to know how your plants have done. Peace ....namaste brother :)
