You know where all the money is going? It's going to the people who decided this bull corn. 100k + a year to make decisions for everyone. I'd like to see one of those stuffy suited men trying to teach a class of fifty kids, getting a teacher's pay. Then let's talk about where to cut spending.
There are TONNNNNS of areas we could cut spending on: football fields, wars, entertainment (stop paying those silly actors/singers handsomely... they're spoiled as it is!)

guess entertainment is more important than kids education.....
