The picture doesn't quite capture Yuuka's character, however. It needs more of the 'scare you so much out of something so insignificant as her facial expression' kind of thing. Yuuka's smiles shouldn't be cheerful, they should be utterly sinister. If she smiles at you, you're basically dead. If she smiles you in this picture, she might give you one of her flowers.

Well, that's true. Back in the day, I was more focused on trying to get a picture up there than trying to get it to click with the song.

i think you may have gotten this confused. Theres another video that says this exact same remix is actually done by "factory noise & AG", not Dbu (granted Dbu is awesome)

I've listened to both versions, and there are slight differences between the two.

And besides, dBu also did the Factory Noise & AG version.

@lainifer Fans tend to over exaggerate...Drastically, when it comes to Touhou, this is what I call "Flandre Syndrome". How she's canonly "only alittle nuts", but fans make it out like she's some kind of planet eating monster.

Sure, Yuka DOES talk about genocide, but she's a Youkai. That should be common since most of them do NOT like humans, much less humans who break into their residence and interrupt their sleep by shooting charms at them.

@Woodplain I've actually depicted her as a tsundere/dandere on many occasions. (a dandere is someone who's anti-social on the outside, sweet on the inside)

@Votiguy give me evidence canonally that she has a psycho smile? Her being psycho is a fan based canon. If you look at Yuka's TH9 portrait, she smiles like this. Secondary fan will always be secondary~

@Votiguy Actually, I haven't seen anything showing her as tsundere or w/e, I've only seen things showing her as murderous and/or insane. And to be honest, I prefer thinking of Yuka as someone easily pissed off, but isn't actually muderous or insane. Also, at least she smiles :)

@TearGrande ...Have you played Lotus Land Story? I'm sure you watch/read all those 'youkai moe' flashes/comics portraying Yuka as a tsundere.

The reality is, from events in the game, she would kill you in the most painful way imaginable, mostly involving sunflowers and a large lazer.

And she's smile while she does it.
