Ruby Quest's Metal Glen, built in Minecraft.

DO NOT WATCH THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT READ RUBY QUEST. It's filled with spoilers.

Everything seen in this video was built on the "fagfag-DOUBLE REDUX" server.

I think I did a decent job, considering what I was working with. I mean, yeah, the pipe is distinctly missing from floor 1, and some areas look like utter shit (the toothdoor and Red's tiny secret room in particular), but this is Minecraft we're talking about here. The smallest piece you can construct anything out of is half the size of a player.

If I had waited for Notch to make signs live, this could have included "NEVER CATCH ME NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER" and other such details.

I have a good idea for making a more accurate depiction of the Metal Glen:

Make it in Dwarf Fortress.

I have neither the skill, time or patience to do so, but it can be done, and it would be awesome.

Plus, with the inevitable casualties that would arise from building underwater, and just doing anything in that game, the glen would actually be covered in a accurate amount of blood and dismembered bodies as the real glen!
