Johnny Cash singing Folsom Prison Blues in 1959

This clip is taken from a kinescope I believe and features 'the man not yet in black' singing his classic hit. The final close up is of Luther Perkins. What a guitarist and WHAT a face!

Did the guitarist break a string? It looks like Johnny asks him if he knew he broke a string and the guitarist responds with the string name?

I think he says 'It's here' and then I can't make out the next thing (maybe starts with a 'c', maybe it is 'shit'), but it's one syllable. When they're done talking, I like the look that he gives Johnny as he moves back to the mic., though. Here girls are screaming every time he hits the low note, and the two of them are visiting during the tail end of the solo.

All that said, I like it when played faster, too. But this is a great moment in the history of the song.
