I think he says 'It's here' and then I can't make out the next thing (maybe starts with a 'c', maybe it is 'shit'), but it's one syllable. When they're done talking, I like the look that he gives Johnny as he moves back to the mic., though. Here girls are screaming every time he hits the low note, and the two of them are visiting during the tail end of the solo.

All that said, I like it when played faster, too. But this is a great moment in the history of the song.
