Of course, every time the white guy lost his argument, he changed the subject, unfairly and unethically.

This stupid white fellow hardly lets our man talk
-
what he responds positively. u being so foolish. he responds partially to sinhalese ethnic origin people. u r afraid of giving equal rights to tamils. if u have given u would not been even affordable to use internet or get a white collar job. u just muscled out tamil using military army. PAST: u where barbarians
PRESENT: u are merciless racist killers
FUTURE: u will be cursed for eternity

Poms talking about human right abuse ....?? what a joke.....!!!
-
you gota love Stephen Sackur... Good job
-
With no offense, I think he was right in the way he answered, since he has no business to respond to military or political matters. But Stephen was trying to corner him by making him talk politics or military instead of Finances! I personally feel he was right ignoring those rubbish questions1

He responds very positively and confidently. Well done Mr Cabraal

Mr Cabraal was cool however was way off base. He came across as a warmonger and someone who has absolutely no regard for the common man who finding it hard keep his head above the inflation.

Sorry Stephen the answers by Cabral did not meet your dying desire to pull words out of his mouth.
More importantly why on earth do you ask war questions from a governer of a central bank?
By the way you interrupt too much. As much as you have the right to ask questions he too has a right to answer in full.
Sad to see such a reputed media organisation referring to half baked reports, LTTE terrorist propaganda & LTTE sympathiser politicians for their facts. It is also sad to see the way Stephen tries to twist things (5.08sec) to try to prove an unsubstantiated myth. It is great that Sri Lanka does not allow it's arm to be twisted by the Int. community. SL is a democratic country with the right to defend itself against terrorism and separatism. May be the West should stop calling the kettle black.

PS: Political Questions or Military Questions should be asked from Politicians and Military commanders respectively, not from the governor of the central bank LOL! Sorry Stephen but you are out of line and out of context when you query about Human rights and military campaigns from Mr. Cabral.
