Cool video, I love it
-
Excelent review, here in México those Quadro CX goes for like 45K pesos(like 450 US currency) hell of expensive but I guess it worth every single penny.

U R RIGHT BUT FOR MY PURPOSE IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND IT'S NOT SUPPORTED IN PHOTOSHOP CS4 AT LEAST IT'S NOT LISTED AS SUPPORTED CARDS. Anyway this one is good for 3 D modeling where the CX is for CS4 and FX 4800 is just like the CX only the plug in is missing

5800 is not dual gpu.. quadro fx4800x2 is only dual gpu quadro in the market..

whats best graphics card for cs4

nvidia FX5800 is the top card. it will be more important for the next version of Premiere. Check out my Sneak Peek Adobe Mercury video - pretty incredible stuff. The FX4800 or CX is excellent. For a good inexpensive card, The Geforce GTX285 will also work with the next rev of Premiere. Only these nvidia 3 cards will be supported for Mercury unitl newer cards are released from nvidia

You bet. You'll need to make sure that your monitor setup is set for extend desktop or clone if using windows - OSX, just connect 2nd display. In Premiere Pro CS4 goto the Menu Sequence Settings>Playback setting and select your monitor from the External Monitor >pull downs. if Sequence Settings is grayed out make sure to select the sequence first.
