Grande valse brilliante by Chopin is not surprisingly written for the piano . Its been adapted for the violin in this exam piece, rather peculiar I must say.. The entry with the repeated A notes striking with different beat lengths is at best a bit confusing , look carefully the piano part to see on which beat the piano strikes, its not the first beat!!
