@superstarcity98 It is only recognizable if you have the DLC content added... which might mean that you could possibly achieve 100% without the DLC extra trophies. 3 of which are hidden if I remember correctly.

There are many windows like that that I have found. You just have to look in the places where you wouldn't normally expect them to be. :)

It is no secret, it is from the DLC case: Naked City, you can also earn an achievement trophy from said case by shooting down all the letters from the Broadway sign that the vigilante from the mission climbs up at the end of the mission. The trophy is a key trophy in gaining the 100% complete platinum trophy.
