Obama Faults Kenya Yet Again

US President Barack Obama has stressed good governance, respect for the will of the people and the rule of law as his conditions for partnership with Africa. He was speaking in Ghana during his first visit in Sub-Saharan Africa since his election. Obama directed his administration to give greater attention to corruption in its human rights reports
