How many people do you know in the U.S. who are dying in the streets because of health care? I know of none.
New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont, and New Hampshire all allow gay marriage. But even if it were a dismal one, there's no constitutional decree. It comes down to individual states.
It's a strawman because I talked about something anecdotal and you brought up individual policies like they correlate with what makes a happy person.

@RippIemagne Let me spoon feed this to you. When I said they have the right not to die in the streets, I meant they have the right to substancial healhcare whether they are rich or poor. Where even if they can't help a man trying to feed his family not die, the family won't be left with a massive bill to pay when he passes. Only two States in the U.S have legalized gay marriage. How could I not have adressed what you said? You only typed 8 words.
