So this week, on YouTube, she aired her first episode of the series of My Deaf Family. And you can check it out on YouTube and see if you like it.

Marlee Matlin, an actress, has apparently been shopping around a reality TV series called My Deaf Family. It tells the story of an average family who happens to be Deaf. A couple of the kids can hear, but most of the rest of the family cant hear. And, when she shot this around to the network executives they said they LOOVEED it, but they didnt know if it would work. So, instead of waiting around to see if it would, Marlee just decided to throw it out there.

@ridor9th I just quickly typed up what the reporter said in the video. I am posting it here in multiple comments since there is a limit to how many characters you can post in a comment. The LA TIMES should caption this (and all) videos!
Part 1:
"Hi, Im Alex Pham from the Los Angeles Times. Well, network executives that brought you wife swappers, dieting divas, and party-girls gone wild, apparently arent ready for something 'real'."

What did you try to say? I could not understand anything what you tried to say. I'm Deaf! Caption this!

Why didn't you add open/close captioned to your video? Especially when this topic is related for the deaf.
