Roy Orbison as a chick, fronting a band of elves. ;-) @ The Late Show with Dave Letterman. Such an amazing performance! Therefore: I spent some time color-correcting this, improving audio and video. My 9th ffmpeg experiment, pushing HD quality into low-bandwidth FLV1.
All of which is useless by now, since YouTube re-encoded the flash I uploaded and destroyed all my hard work.

@curioushumangeorge You are so right. I just reviewed the top 500 greatest songs of ALL time on Rolling Stone. Guess what? Many never even made the charts. This song is right up there with overlooked greatness.

@LTdrumma lady gaga can sing very well indeed but her shock value completely overshadows her vocal ability. Nicole is confident with her soaring and feminine alto , and she wows the audience without the need for extravagant dancing and kookie outfits. imo nicole is the better musician and gaga the better performer...the thing is that gaga's act gets old whereas nicole's is timeless(you come back to the same video time and time again).
