Indian Rotten Judiciary

Indian Judicial system has no credibility, The democracy has total failed because the building block of the democracy are dysfunction/corrupt. Only handful of the judges are honest, vast majority are corrupt, and the criteria for appointment of these judges is not public. hence there is no transparency and scrutiny in the process. Everything work on the basis of "I scratch your back and You scratch my back". There is nexus between Politician, Judiciary media and Corporate, police and advocate, and this nexus is recipe for the disaster of Indian democracy.
