@broadpath I feel you on that man. What about "cool wooden crosses"? "In a tower of mirror before she burns THEM down." This was written just before 9/11. I see Chris as a biblical hero, angel, mythalogical wizard, shaman guy. But mostly I see him as a beautiful soul as well.

chris' poetry with both his words and his playing is unique and magical. i only wish there was more to come, and that i would've had a chance to play with him.

"...under the weight of heaven... " those words struck me right between the eyes. Whenever I see the videos of the WTC collapsing I hear those words of Chris'. What a beautiful soul Chris was.
