people that grew up in the 90s is comfortable saggin...im older now and i sag just a little i feel uncomfortable wearing it up. it should be a free country no matter what.

That's the stupidest law ever. I don't like my pants sagging/seeing anyone else do it, especially guys because to me it makes them look like big babies, but arresting them for it? For what? It's not like they have a gun up their behind/something/gonna shoot somebody. That's like saying a gay guy should be arrested for dressing like a woman, even though I don't like that either, but you get my point. Ridiculous. Next thing you know they'll be saying we can't designer from Sean John.
