  • Learn psycology and self hypnosis and try and deal with your emotions instead of driinking alcohol every time you get sad, or angry or even happy.

    we need to learn and deal with our bad feelings or els theyre going to stack up and lead to depression.

    Psycology and self hypnosis should be taught in schools, this is knowledge that is avaliable to the public and should be used in schools.

    BTW why do you go by the name suicidegirl xD?

  • I go by the name "thesuicidegirl" for many reasons. One being that it catches people attention right off the bat...makes one curious. Another being that it's an issue I feel strongly about and have dealt with personally, on top of mental illness/depression/etc. Everyone has their "causes" in the world...because of all the ups and downs and bad experiences in my life, this has become mine.

  • I'm flattered that you think so. I am simply make "lemonade from the lemons" that have occurred in my life, and help people with them.

  • you go about it as if it is all medical, but that is not the case. many people do have chemical embalances but that is not the only reason. teasing and etc also causes people to retreat into themselves.

    It's not all medical by any means. Many statistics out there are purely medical, but I know from personal experience that it isn't. There are many emotional and non-medical things involved as well. Please don't misunderstand or think I don't realize that.

    I'm sorry if it comes across that I'm a know-it-all. I'm not trying to seem like I'm an expert, because by no means am I. For the record, I get all the information I put on my channel from certified psychological sites/confirmed research and brochures, as well as my own personal experiences. So, while I'm no expert, I am well versed on the subject and am simply using said knowledge and resources to reach out to those who don't know something or could somehow benefit.

  • intresting most of wat u said seems accurat but dont try to think u know everything about that subject trust me thinking ur a ' know-it-all" maybe the very thing that could hav u make a mistak and end up hurting insted of helping .

    ps im not trying to be mean im just trying to give alittle constructive criticism that is all k.
