What's up? Can you refer me to a background application for windows 7 which hosts vst effects for the main output of windows?
I want to add effects to my main output to enhance the sound, and can't do it with FL Studio =P

Im downloading VST's getting the DLL's, adding them to my VST list in the plug ins folder in FL studio, I have done everything else in the video, yet I get nothing, some of them show up but maybe 1 of every 10 I try, this shit is pissing me off. This is a great video but I dont know what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions?
