Later.

Demi: *laying on the couch, extremely tired.*
Joe: *walks over and plops ontop of Demi*
Demi: Ow! JOE!
Joe: *pretending that he doesnt hear Demi*
Nick: *Walks in*
Joe: Nick. do you hear something?
Nick: *Looks at Demi* Yeah, I hear your girlfriend gasping for air as her fat boyfriend squishes her.
Joe: Wow, thanks for calling me fat, Nick. *Gets off of Demi*
Demi: *laughing*
Joe: Demiiii.
Demi: Joeeeeey.
Nick: *Walks out of the room*
Joe: *Sits down by Demi, grabbing her waste and pulls her towards him* What do you want for you birthday?
Demi: Nothing. *Looks at Joe, straight in the eyes. Their faces almost touching.*
Joe: *Leans in and kisses her*
Demi: *Smiles through the kiss, and runs her fingers through his hair*
Marie: *Cries*
Demi: *Knew the kiss wouldn't last long, she pulls away and smiles at Joe, She stands up and walks into the room where Marie was and picks her up*
Joe: *Follows Demi, and wraps his arms around her waste*
Demi: *She smiles and puts Marie back in the crib, as she stops crying*
Joe: Seriously, what do you want?
Demi: Nothing. Joe seriously i have everything i love and need now.
Joe: *Sighs* Okay.
Demi: *Rolls her eyes* You're not buying it are you?
Joe: Nope. *Smiles*

August 20th-

Joe: *Awake and sees Demi sleeping with her head on his chest, her arms wrapped around Joe.*
Demi: *Lightly snores.*
Joe: *Smiles to himself*
--5 minutes later--
Demi: *wakes up and looks at Joe*
Joe: Good Morning, birthday girl(:
Demi: *She smiles, remembering it's her 17th birthday. She sits up and looks at him* Thank you.
Joe: *He smiles and kisses her*
Demi: *Smiles and pulls away*

-Later-

Selena: Here! *hands Demi a gift.*

Selena; *Giggles and takes one of the rings and slips it on her finger*
Demi: *Hugs Selena*
Selena: I have another gift. here *Hands her a cute jacket* [[I couldn't think of anything else. haha]]
Demi: Thank you Sel!
Selena: *Smiles* Happy birthdayy.
Demi: *Smiles* I cant believe we've been friends for like 10 years!
Selena: I Know!

A couple of minutes later, after opening presents she gets to Joe.

Joe: *He hands her a small box*
Demi: I told u, i didn't want anything.
Joe: *He shrugs* Did you actually think i'd get you nothing for your birthday?
Demi: *Rolls her eyes and opens the box*
