Here's a Hardcore Hundred using a resistance band training circuit.

Training with resistance bands is a good way to work with a different kind of resistance. One that forces you to accelerate through the movement.

I like to use bands for conditioning circuits and power circuits.

There are two different variations to this Hardcore Hundred band circuit.

The first is for power - use a thicker band and do reps of 5 for each movement until you hit 100 reps.

The second is for conditioning - use a thinner band and do reps of 20 for each movement until you hit 100 reps.

Get yourself some resistance bands and get to work!
