  • Correction: A.E. Cowley- That's another book on grammar. The volume referenced is quite old & I can't remember who printed it or when. Had it very long ago (1980's). Two volumes.

  • Just a quick note: Careful with pronunciation to distinguish clearly b'tween Rayish (RSh Alp, Shin) and Ra'ash (RSh Ayn Shin). The former is head, the latter is "concussion", 'trauma", "shock" or "quake". This is the kind of fudging with context all through language, the same way we fail to know that ShTN (Shaytan) is defined doubly as "adversary" yet means "Black Man" (Find A.E. Cowley's-NOT CROWLEY-dictionary)

  • I love this-thank you!

  • @xuskln You are correct. It is a vocal shva, pronounced as /e/, not /a/. The pronunciation here needs some work. The stresses are on incorrect syllables, as well. Time spent listening to correct pronunciation (according to the specific tradition of pronunciation) will help to alleviate this.

  • You should get these materials for yourself and your classes. They are excellent.

  • I thought the 2 dots under the Beit of Bereshith sounds like "e". Why does he say that the sound is "a"?

  • thank you

  • Awesome teaching. You're loud as all loudness but I like that. It drives the point home for some. Very thankful. The temple doesn't teach hebrew like this. If they had I might have not been such a punk ass when I was younger and actually became fluent in the language of my people.

  • Yo ..... Paul Mooney.... is gonna be a crazy addition to what you do...... Outside of teaching you really are funny....
