  • Cestari is a classic. It will do you good to watch everything you can from him. This is simplistic and deadly effective technique that Carl has mastered and can teach effectively.

  • Around 7:20 when he does the choke... Wouldn´t a Sabo throw work well?

  • At 6:40 He mentions a throat strike leading to the two finger strangle, and the student in the background appears to be making a web of the hand blow, was this blow addressed in the video? and if so I think it would be sweet to see what he has to say about. I've only read the few articles he wrote for the site, but to actually see Mr Cestari teaching and explaining it would be a real treat, at some point I need to just splurge and get all his vids. Thanks for putting this up, absolute goldmine.
