I can't tell what's going on. Are you alter tapping with you get a set of say, 3 Ys? Tap the first, trill the second, tap the last.
That's how I do it :D

Basically the method is, tap-tap-fret. This pattern actually fits into the solo almost perfectly. For a trill like RYRYRY you end up fretting the last note and tapping the others if it's in an ascending part and fretting the first note and tapping the others if it's in a descending part. You only have to break the tap-tap-fret pattern for the BO trill in the second half, where you tap three times in a row instead of two. Otherwise it's perfect.
