This is me FC-ing Jordan Solo B on slowest in practice mode. I made up this specific tapping method myself, and I don't think anyone else who can hit it plays it this way, so I made this video to show my method. I think this is the easiest way to play this solo, especially if you have trouble tapping fast enough. Enjoy!

  • I can't tell what's going on. Are you alter tapping with you get a set of say, 3 Ys? Tap the first, trill the second, tap the last.

    That's how I do it :D

  • Basically the method is, tap-tap-fret. This pattern actually fits into the solo almost perfectly. For a trill like RYRYRY you end up fretting the last note and tapping the others if it's in an ascending part and fretting the first note and tapping the others if it's in a descending part. You only have to break the tap-tap-fret pattern for the BO trill in the second half, where you tap three times in a row instead of two. Otherwise it's perfect.

  • I think I like my way better. It's pretty much the same, except you alternate at a different time.

  • wow nice that is a really innovative technique! I'm going to have to try it sometime.
