Back to topic. Square already stated they have no intention to make this anytime soon. I'm sure there is fear of criticism when trying to remake such a great game. Although the graphics are amazing.

I just pray to god they'll keep the fighting system and the story as it is. I can't stand the newer FF-games, where you're able to move about, while you fight. It just isn't right..
