Never fly Jetblue to save 10 $ it will not be worth it and you will pay more after they scam you in so many ways. Choose another anything is better than Jetblue.

I understand...I was not in that crisis so I cant speak on it. But what I do know is JetBlue is by far (in my opinion) the best airline. It was a big mistake (mostly due to weather out of their control). What bothers me is how people can try to destroy them and give negative comments about them all because of one week of horror when they have been giving 8 years of great customer service! I think you would show this by deleting your video forum...have a nice day!

Coming from someone who works at JFK i can appositively come to the conclusion you know nothing of aviation operations, JFK, Jetblue or how storms effect the entire aviation transportation system. Next time i see your name on passengers manifest, ill be sure to loose your bags
