It's not Systema, that back ground is the ROSS system and Russian Martial Art. Nothing to do with the dude in Canada.
-
Neither Cobb, nor Scott was the creator of Z-Health. Both systems both have their roots from Systema. Difference between Z vs. Intu-Flow is Preciseness of Joint Movement vs. Gross Motor Movement.

He created an original design that the US Patent and Trademark Office awarded a Patent, and the word Clubbell never existed before he created it, so awarded a registered trademark
"A good athlete and good teacher" who is also a legitimate businessman. How did you download his tapes? They're not available for DL. We should report your account and post here to your ISP. Piracy is much more "money-hungry" than good business.

Eric Cobb was a student of Scott Sonnon's for 6 years, and Scott Sonnon was the first creator of "Z-health" (which you can find by google).

I've downloaded some tapes of Scott Sonnon... ho looks like a good athlete and good teacher, but very money-hungry; he's all about marketing himself as the real deal and registering trademarks for already existing training methods (just like the clubbels).
thank you coach Sonnon.
