Giuliani: Flawed Mental Illness Care Caused Tucson Shooting

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani spoke with Bob Schieffer calling for drastic improvements to American mental health care facilities, arguing that it was the country's "inability to deal with mental illness" that was partially responsible for the mass shooting in Tucson, Arizona.

I don't know or see anything with his eyes, but I do know something about his past, and I mean PAST.  Google Mariano Rampolla. He was an Italian, Roman Catholic cardinal and he looks like Giuliani, esp. in the mouth. I'm sure most of you don't believe in reincarnation, but the resemblance is eerie.

for a minute I thought you bullshiting - but after further review you stand correct - several times the ex mayor of ny opened his eyes wide and show the EVIDENCE of narrow dark latitude shape, one in each eye - he's facing the tv camera so the light is facing him - thats not a shadow - animals eyes cast a bright color not dark. cold busted. good job fellow planetarian.
