yea i seen loads of weird lights too but not like the ones recently never seen them in the day before only these last couple of years was at a party not long ago and about 8 of us saw the same one
Good capture i am also from southampton, i have seen an orb about 4 monthes ago which seemed to slow down b4 disappearing behind a cloud formation. I also see a very odd object back in 98. I really dont no what to make of this whole phenomena, i wouldnt say i am intimidated or scared ,but im becoming frustrated by it all.
Flying ball lightning or blitz craft or Tesla craft blinking away. An analysis says the blinking is due to the reaction of the camera to the brightnesses of the light. So lightning is too bright for the camera to handle. I think the black is the reverse lightning part of a pulse.
No, they are more advanced than us and they want people like you to know htey exist, so when the 3rd world war starts and they rescue you, you wont have a heart attack. What do you think of this? Mark my words!
Lets say there is a modern scientific acceptance of ball lightening.
Then given the relative rarity of the phenomena, the fact that this footage taken in July 2007 (I am presuming this is new footage) is extremely similar to footage caught in exactly the same place in August 2005 by "id001277" in August 2005 (approx two years later) (if you click on his name you can see the other footage) makes it as you say possibly unlikely that this is ball lightening.
And a quick look through some published scientific literature will show its modern acceptance.
If there really is alot of this happening, rather than the footage from one night I'd seen, I'd consider my explanation too unlikely to occur that often.
We tend to assume that 'ball lightening' is a fact but as a quick look at the wikipedia entry will show, there is immense controversy over its existence.
Explaining one mystery with another is very soothing but I think the most honest approach is to say we just dont know - I have my own theories but thats all they are
