I like at the end you say open to criticism or comments. I don't know how anyone could criticize this. It is WONDERFUL! I love the all blue hues. To me she looks like a frost princess or something to that effect. Great job.

Rachel I love the pastels that you use they are amazing! I would really like to start investing in them. I am wondering if you have any suggestions. I know there are a ton of different sets. Would you recommend a large set to begin with or smaller ones. What set do you have? I was thinking the 40 count but then if I want to fill in colors later do I have to do it individually or can I get a companion set as not to duplicate colors? Thanks again for all your inspiration-great artist!

@chateaumgr Thanks for your question. I went straight for the full set, but this is a huge investment as they are not cheap. I think if you bought the 40 set, you would then need to buy individually as you would find duplicates in the other sets - there may be a guide to which colours are in the sets on the Caran D'Ache web site - maybe worth checking before you invest, but you won't regret buying them, whatever you decide :-)
