You are very talented. I hope the right people visit your shwreel and give you tons of work!

The realism of the lions are incredible, they are modeled right? not just edited their mouths? If they are modeled then I was shocked when I saw the realism of them.
God bless,
Dan.

Amazing showreel man.

Cool :D
What about the fur on the lions, is it also made in XSI or did u use Shave and haircut for MAYA?
TheIcemanModdeler 2 years ago
The fur was grown and rendered in XSI

It's mostly Maya with a bit of XSI (the Lions) all composited in Shake (usually by someone else)

It's something to do with Youtube, obviously the sound syncs on the original. It's better on my 2008 showreel though (see profile or other videos link) and for KeepThaT: The music is different too!

I'm working on my 2008 showreel right now. There's obviously some overlap but I'll be posting it here in a couple of weeks....

Thanks - This work is SO old now. I've worked on BBC's Oceans Odyssey, ITV's Primeval, Harry Potter 5 and The Golden Compass since these shots! I hope to have a new reel soon.
