  • what is that second oscilloscope giving ?

    not the one on the top the one below that.

  • The "second scope" is a 5L4N Spectrum analyzer.

  • Add &fmt=18 to the end of the url to listen in HQ

  • I think I get the purpose of the spectrum analyzer. Looks like its showing the ultrasonic difference portion of the FM stereo multiplex signal. It fits the profile as it appears to be suppressed carrier double sideband. The one on top appears to be showing the 40 to 15 KHz base band audio.

  • This sounds a lot like what my hometown Rhythmic CHR, Wild 105.7, used to use when they were "The Groove". Maybe they still do. Either way, solid stuff!
