DSpeech is a free text to speech program

I want to show this new text to speech program. I fined on the net I made a video of a text to speech program before it called sayz me. if you want to look it up type in sayz me. this text to speech program name is DSspeech, now DSspheech it like the same thing like sayz me but you can download high voices for DSspheech because DSpeech is compatible with all vocal engines (SAPI 4-5 compliant and sayz me is not compatible with all vocal engines it is SAPI 4 compliant only that means it will work with the old Microsoft voices only. if you have windows xp you will have the old voices on your computer probably. so download DSspeech, and try DSspeech it free you can download it at http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/ and if you what to try some high voices go to http://www.cepstral.com/downloads/ and download some high voices.

you can't download them like the cepstral voices but you can test them on them websites if you like 1 you have to buy it.

go to options and click 'use SAP14 voices' and then you have heaps of voices

@dorcha2442 This is free, AND you can get hundreds of free compatible voices all over the internet, including Microsoft Sam, Mike, and Mary. I use DSpeech myself.

I've used this program in the past and it does what it's supposed to. I found TextAloud to be far easier, though it is commercial. Fortunately, the makers of TextAloud also provide access to the various voices from their website. Though they can be a bit costly, it's nice to have a place to demo them and even purchase them.
