@johnafer not to mention jeff lacy who was the next big thing at the time joe was the first man to beat him and he never recovered, roy jones is also a legend although i will admit he was well well past his best but still. Joes biggest fights came late on in his career as the risk of fighting him was not worth the relatively small amounts of money to be made on him for the big names during joes younger days.

@johnafer LOL what !? hopkins is already a hall of famer and all time great.. kessler is one of the best fighters in the world atm just not as hyped up as some others and eubank was involved in some of the great rivalries in british boxing and was a great win for a young calzaghe

I really despair at the negative comments calzaghe gets on the net. anyone who has boxed before will recognise the sacrifices and skill required to do what he did. to all the ctitics out there, how many professional bouts have you had and how many world title fights? and could you beaat him if you were up against him. didn't think so. nuff said. now the torch has been passed on to Clev, watch him go next.
