  • Lol dude this look so funny going fast. But umm yeah you guys should hit me up whenever ya'll go to OKC. Im thinking about going to bricktown on Wednesday to get some practice.

  • haha wednesday sounds good. i live down town and im out most days so i can go whenever

  • Great conditioning regimen. I'll have to add some to my own. Looks like a lot of great spots in Oklahoma. By the way, what artist is this that did the cover of "gloomy sunday"?

  • thanks! that'd be venetian snares

  • For the rail climbups, since you're trying to build upper body strength, keep your feet together and keep them in constant contact with the wall. When you stagger your feet and kick them out, it provides a slight kip.

  • thats a good tip thanks! i will do both because im trying to work on my climb up technique as well
