Great conditioning regimen. I'll have to add some to my own. Looks like a lot of great spots in Oklahoma. By the way, what artist is this that did the cover of "gloomy sunday"?

For the rail climbups, since you're trying to build upper body strength, keep your feet together and keep them in constant contact with the wall. When you stagger your feet and kick them out, it provides a slight kip.
