I read passing for thin also. I agree with you that it helps to read others stories when you are losing weight. I would recommend: Half Assed by Jennette Fulda.

I've belonged to SPARKPEOPLE for the past 10 months and it has been a great help to me. I found reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. to be of a the most help. He has interviews here on YouTube. It is on stopping emotional eating. Also, "I CAN MAKE YOU THIN" by Paul McKenna and his hypnosis CD. He also is here on YouTube.

I know...I don't even like doughnuts, I'm more of a cookie girl, but the cover is very pleasing for some reason...lol. It's a good book...it puts my binges into perspective.
