@saggiest This great song only made it to 47 on Billboard. I weep for that too .. such lousy tastes people have though music back then was great.

@idgit2442 Lofton Kline is the other member of the original Pozo Seco Singers in "Time". He's a relative, a nice guy, and a great performer still.

#47 pop in 1966.when i heard one of their songs on the radio back in the late 1980s on one of those oldies show i was surprised to hear that country singer don williams was a member of this group.he did great with them and on his own.overlooked classic tune.

There comes a TIME' in everyone's life when we say, 'Time, where did it go?' - We know we can't go back and we miss those 'good old days' - no matter how bad they were. TIME gives us a selective memory. :0)

I was in the Navy_after joining to avoid the draft_when this came over the airwaves. And while I can remember not particularly wanting to be there at the time, I'd give anything to go back to those days and rejoin the shipmates I will remember till the end of my days. Time . . . where DID you go?

I was in the US Navy, headed for VietNam on an aircraft carrier, in 1966, and this Pozo Seco song almost knocked me off the flight deck, with it's......... can't talk right now.

I remember this song in my freshman at college. My older brother had the album and I was blown away. I have never forgotten this group0 and am now re-discovering it.

'Loved this song since I first heard it om
Time can be a friend and at the same time an enemy. When you were a 17 year old kid in Texas in 1966 and the draft board was beathing down your neck it was your enemy because time, it seemed, was rushing by. I weep as I hear this song. This was my anthem of the times.

This song brings back memories of my childhood, when the family went up to the San Bernardino Mountains. Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake are still there but seem so much smaller than they were in those days. Time, where did you go?
