"Bigotgate". Gordon Brown typifies the political class. Their contempt for voters concerns beggars belief. Gillian Duffy asked about immigration and was called a bigot. This topic is the second on the list of voter concerns, only after the economy. Uncontrolled mass immigration causes strains on our public services and raises our taxes. Is it bigoted to ask the question? Or is it reasonable.

No she didn't insult anyone and her main problem was with the rapid growth in the national debt. I have no time for those who are against immigration because of their own racism, but surely it's OK to raise doubts about any system run by the government, be it Health, Education or Immigration.

Brown may be a decent person at heart, but he has had as much contact with ordinary people as you-know-who in the Bunker.
