Joe...this is Pat....I miss you buddy. I don't know how we will get through this, but we will. And while your life was cut short, I look forward to seeing you in the next life. We've still got a lot of great times left to have. You were my brother I never had. You kept me up in the times that were hardest for me (transitioning so far from home to the NWI and IL area). A piece of me died with you, but I will make sure the pieces I have left of you show through in every part of my life.

I am so very sorry for your loss :( it's hard losing a loved one. I lost my Grandpa in 2008. it was really hard :(

@charles648 I'm so sorry. It's hard losing a loved one. We don't realize just how much someone has meant to us until they are no longer there. So appreciate all those around you and don't miss an opportunity to let them know how much they mean to you.

My family is so very, very sorry for your family's loss. I understand by your pictures and comments that he died tragically. We will pray for Joey. I hope you see signs that he is all around you all. Our Love to your family and our love to Joey.

@debraimp Thank you so much for your kind words. Joey took his own life...time may heal, but it doesn't make us any wiser in understanding why.
