Bad bad company, go with someone else and save yourself a headache

Overnight prints did a terrible printing job and offered despicable customer service. After ordering 1,000 postcards at a cost of over $170, I became aware, when I got a third of the way through the box, that the remainder of the cards were printed with wildly different colors and exposures. When I contacted the company about reprinting the order, they refused. STAY AWAY at all costs! I would never use this company again.

They are TERRIBLY inconsistent. I've used them for a couple of years... when they are good, they are awesome... when they screw up... they really screw up... time delays 10% of the time!

I hoped this video would be helpful, but I turned it off after 20 seconds because the speaker is incomprehensible. Please memorize what you're going to say if you do this or use cue cards.

yup same here! awesome company with a great product. If you have good marketing skills you never order last minute. Like Christmas is coming up... we are already in the design phase and will be sending to printers in the next day or so. You always give yourself time in the event of error. ITS CALLED COMMON SENSE!

had great results with over night prints - awesome quality- they tell you it's not overnight I think- i was very impressed and that doesn't happen often for me

Thanks for the review vid.. try using some lighting next time though. I only see complaints about customer service and shipping really... what about the actual cards? quality?

Wow, what a shame. I echo most of the comments below. I place 3 separate orders for business cards and EVERY SINGLE ONE was screwed up. It's been two weeks and I STILL have not received the cards I ordered, two of which I paid overnight premium shipping charges. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
