  • LOVE ME SOME DIONNE WARWICK!

  • Don't know what to say. Incredibly beautiful version. I've only known Dusty's version. At this late date in life (60 years old) I have to say I love it, as do I Dusty's. God bless both lovely ladies who have given so much to have the musical scene.

  • THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SONGS WRITTEN

  • I am well aware of the fact that Dionne (or Dion, as you call her), recorded that song first (in August 1962 für her LP "Make Way for Dionne Warwick", which was released the following year). That wasn't even the point of my comment! Dusty recorded it in 1964 for her "A Girl Called Dusty" LP and Nancy in 1966 for her "Nancy in London" LP. So carefully read the posts before you piss off other people!

  • @MySwingingSixties Actually folks Dion recorded this song and others as demos and later recorded by Dion and then passed on to Dusty and she made it a hit ,so check your facts before you speak .

  • Nice. But I have to confess that I prefer Dusty's version. Nancy Sinatra recorded the song for her 1966 LP "Nancy In London" and that version is a bit faster and more pounding.

    AWESOME

  • @POOH875 Dusty's version almost note for note. The timing is the same for both songs. Dusty's version is the one I'll always remember, though.

  • @travis7310 lol i thought the same thing Dionne did it 1st but Dustys version was more popular i like them both

  • I never knew she sang this song. I thought Dusty Springfield's version was the original.
