We do Elimination Communication which is also called infant potty training, like they do in Asia and Africa where they don't have diapers. So she is diaper free at home, and wears cloth diapers when not home. She doesn't wet her crib, cries when she wants to be taken to the potty, I take her, and then we go right back to sleep. During the day when she squirms a certain way I know she needs to go. And no, I don't have to clean up messes all day or get peed on!
