I installed skis on the Rev 70 last night - planning on it's maiden flight tomorrow (Monday) morning, on the snow (LOVE taking off and landing on snow!). Also use - no - DEPEND - on a "RadioWarm" to keep my hands warm and glove-free. Wish me luck!

Nice flight - VERY fast! I've just finished building my 70" Revolver - have an OS 90 2s - also replaced the stock gear (front and rear) with Dubro, as I've had bad experiences with the stock gear (weak) on the 59" Rev. Was going to run a 14x7, but am now thinkining 13x10 or 13x7 (or lower) after watching your vid. I love the 59" Revolver - can't wait to fly the 70. Pls post more vids!

Hi again! Yeah, Jet22 made me aware that you were one and the same that is posting in RCU. With what I am learning from all you guys, I might be pulling my OS 1.20AX off the 'for-sale' page and mounting it and a 3-Blade 14X9 on a new Revolver. Hope that ST-90 will pull a 12X10. It would REALLY move seeings the 13X6 is doing such a nice job... Keep me posted.

Fast yes!!! But I want Faster!!
It's got a 13X6 APC on it now ..
Will try a 12X10 for more speed with the 90

You must be using a 3 channel radio.(Rudder, ailerons and elevator)

Ummmmm.. Do they make 3 channel radios? a little tough to slow it down without a throttle channr

They do make three channel radios for those cheap rtf's, but they omit rudder. Hey, I love the sound of that engine. Sounds more like a four stroke. What's the argument against an ax120 in this plane? Too much weight in the nose? It's the only glow engine I have at this time. Maybe I'll put it in a Funtana 125, but I'm still not over the cool looking planes, even though they rarely fly well, this one flys fast, but will it flat inverted spin, knife edge loop, harrier?

engine sounds great with the Bisson Pitts Muffler.
No arguement with a AX120 ... Will be uber fast .. I like the 90's rpm range , Larger engines = more torque, less speed..
Get a real 3d plane for Harriers and the such. This plane is made to fly on the wing.. not the prop.
